Dosage Guide

Apply 4-8 drops into affected ear twice daily for 7-14 days. Massage ear base after application.

Side Effects

  • Temporary stinging or irritation
  • Contact dermatitis (rare)
  • Hearing loss if tympanic membrane is ruptured

Important Warnings

  • !DO NOT use if eardrum is ruptured (gentamicin is ototoxic)
  • !Not for use in cats
  • !Discontinue if hearing loss or vestibular signs develop

Contraindications

Do not use this medication in the following situations:

  • Ruptured tympanic membrane
  • Known hypersensitivity to aminoglycosides or azole antifungals
